Guides for each tool in the Kinetex desktop app.

• Getting Started & Settings — Questions about the app itself — getting started, setting up AI, the User Menu, account/license, and settings — rather than a specific data tool.
• Compare — You have two datasets and need to find the differences between them – value mismatches, and rows that exist in only one side.
• Convert — You have source data and need to reshape it into a target format – most often filling a Workday Excel template, or producing a clean CSV.
• EIB — You need to produce a Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) spreadsheet – filling an EIB template with your source data, ready to upload to Workday.
• Load Errors — A Workday EIB upload failed and you have the failure report – this maps each error back to the exact row, column, and value in your EIB and source data.
• Reporting — You need to combine two or more data sources (Workday + Snowflake) into one dataset/report – joining records across them rather than diffing them.
• AI & Privacy — Set up the optional AI assistant — choose a provider and model, understand what data is (and isn't) sent, or run AI entirely on your own machine.
